Pastor Mark Roberson is the Founder and Pastor of Faith Word Fellowship Inc., which is Faith Word Fellowship International in Buffalo, New York and Faith Word Fellowship Canada in St. Catharines, Ontario. He founded the ministry along with his wife, Cheryl and their children, in August 1997 and it has become a spiritually strong and stable ministry in Western New York. Faith Word Fellowship Canada was founded November 2008 and is steadily growing and making an impact in the Greater Niagara region. Both churches are making a mark that cannot be erased.

Along with his Pastoral office, Pastor Mark also operates in the ministry office of a Teacher. He teaches the uncompromising Word of God with God’s ability, God’s weight, God’s authority, and God’s power. His down-to-earth approach and practical illustrations clearly present the truths of God’s Word. He shares from practical, first-hand experience how Christians can apply God’s Word to the circumstances and problems of life and walk in victory.

Pastor Mark has been in the ministry for over 32 years. Pastor Mark and his wife have committed themselves to see people set free from the yoke of bondage; to bring healing to the sick; to cause finances to come to those in need; to bring God’s compassionate love to the broken-hearted; and to bring men, women and children to the knowledge of the Truth, so they may come from religion to reality - from milk to meat - and from captivity to total freedom, and bring themselves out of the snares of the adversary. Our Pastors believe that all it takes is One Word from God and you will never be the same again!

Pastors Mark and Cheryl are dedicated to teaching their congregation how to take the Word of God from the Bible and "apply it to their lives." They teach with simplicity using practical examples to demonstrate that the Bible is God's Will for our life and it's His Word speaking to us.

Pastor Mark is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, where he was born and raised. His ministry began in Fort Worth, Texas in COGIC under the leadership of his spiritual father, the late Pastor Henry Henderson. Then Pastor Mark served as an assistant pastor for 3 ½ years in Everman, Texas under the leadership of Pastor Robert Holbert Jr. Pastor Mark also operated in the evangelistic field ministry as an itinerant evangelist, conducting Word Explosion Campmeetings and Word Explosion Revivals. In 2006, Pastor Mark submitted his ministry to Bishop I. V. Hilliard, as his spiritual father and mentor. He also submitted Faith Word Fellowship under the AIM organization of Bishop Hilliard.

Pastor Mark is a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Pastors Mark & Cheryl have been married over 36 years. Pastor Cheryl wholly supports her husband in the ministry, as she stands by his side. They both dedicated their lives to the Lord just before they were married. They believed that the only way their family would work is by giving their family to God, but first, they gave themselves! They have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Their children in some form or another have participated in the ministry.

Faith Word Fellowship is a Word Church. By this we mean that we take the written Word of God to be our Supreme Authority for life, faith and confession. Here at Faith Word Fellowship, the Word of God is taught boldly, without apology and without compromise.

Faith Word Fellowship is a Charismatic Church. By “charismatic,” we mean we believe that we may receive the fullness of God’s Spirit today just as the disciples did in the book of Acts (2:1-4).

Faith Word Fellowship is a Church of Love. People find acceptance and forgiveness when they attend our services. The needs of the people are met by the love and power of Jesus! It is also a new-level church. The atmosphere is saturated with a spirit of hunger to push you to a new level in God.

Faith Word Fellowship is a Faith Church. We believe that God wants us to have far more than that which we can handle and see. We teach not to be moved by what you see, feel, or hear; only be moved by the Source of faith - the Word of God! Without faith it is impossible to please God! Faith has the power to make you what God wants you to be. It is the very nature of God, changing you from strength to strength and from glory to glory.
